Outstanding Alumni Award

Apply for the Outstanding Alumni Award by filling out this form.

The Outstanding Alumni Award, presented at the commencement ceremony, recognizes and honors an accomplished Strayer University graduate who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in his or her professional, public or personal life.

To be considered, applicants must have earned a Strayer University bachelors or master's degree.

The Outstanding Alumni Award selection committee will determine award winners based on the following criteria:

  • Recognized contributes to his/her profession
  • Significant community contributions
  • Outstanding leadership or humanitarian qualities
  • Unique personal experiences

Individuals are encouraged to self-apply or may be nominated for the award.  To be considered, the Outstanding Alumni Award form must be completed in it's entirety and submitted no later than the application due date.

The award recipient must be able to attend and accept the award at the designated Strayer University commencement ceremony.
