2009 Outstanding Alumni Recipient, Online

Dr. Nathaniel J. Williams (MBA '09) is a noted author, lecturer, talk radio host and entrepreneur. He is the president and CEO of HumanWorks Affiliates Inc., which provides social services to children and adults, and offers management and staffing support to social service agencies.
The Strayer University graduate was 5 years old when he and his 11 siblings lost their mother to a cranial aneurysm. His experiences growing up as a ward of the New York City foster care system left an indelible mark on his life, shaping his professional career.
Dr. Williams’ weekly radio talk show, The Navigating Your Life Show on www.webtalkradio.net, offers inspiration and motivation for listeners to attain their personal and professional goals. He is also the author of three books, including The Mature 64: Living Life 8 by 8, which was published in April 2009.
In addition to his master’s degree from Strayer University, Dr. Williams holds a master’s degree in human services from Lincoln University, a master’s degree in public administration from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in education from Fielding Graduate University.
He resides in Bethlehem, Penn., with his wife and seven children.
